The International Gemological Center (I.G.C.)
Ltd., the T.L.G. Israel Japanese Gemological Laboratory Ltd., and the Gemological
College (Israel) Ltd., are three companies working together in a synergy to provide the
international diamond, gemstones and jewelry industry gemological services.
The
International Gemological Laboratories (IGC)
is working under the strict standard
institution of ISO 2000, and operates gemological laboratories in Israel,
India, Russia and Japan. Additional gemological laboratories
are planned to be opened in China,
Dubai and Latin America, as well as in major trade centers across India.
The
head of the gemological laboratories of IGC
is the Chief Gemologist, Mr. Yehuda Yacar G.G. (GIA), a graduate of scientific
gemology by SSEF in Switzerland
and an expert in gemology who was trained and qualified according to the AGL (Japan) rules.
The
International Gemological Laboratories focuses on providing gemological services to
the international gem and diamond trade.
T.G.L. Israel is a part of the Japan Technical
Gemological Laboratory (T.G.L. Japan) which is a member of the Association
of Gemological Laboratories (AGL) in Japan,
and serves all the gemological needs for
customers in Japan and the Far East markets under strict rules of A.G.L. Japan.
The Gemological College
(Israel),
is an academic and technical center for
learning and training professional gemology with emphasis on the application of
skills in the work place. The Gemological
College conducts all
kinds of courses connected directly to Business and Diamonds.

TGL Israel is officially registered and recognized by JJA/AGL Master Stones
(color) administrative committee.
The AGL was established in 1981 for
the purpose of standardization of diamond grading based on the method used at
the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and on the nomenclature of color in diamonds as used by the association of Gemological
Laboratories
in Japan (AGL). This assures that each certificate issued conforms to the highest Japanese standards.
The International Gemological
College (Israel)
Ltd.
College curriculum is designed to train the student in each technical
aspect of diamond grading, gem identification and practical application.
Courses are taught regularly in English and Hebrew, with other languages
accommodated upon request.
